Right now, we are looking for a Job Title to play a pivotal role in our Haringey Integrated Mental Health VCS Service in Haringey, St. Ann’s Hospital.

Sounds great, what will I be doing?

Responsibility for the operational functioning and target performance of the Barnet Integrated VCS Team based at Barnet Community Mental Health Team (CMHT). Management of Team Managers of six integrated Hestia’s Community Engagement and Peer Support teams (15 frontline staff).

Here’s what the team will be looking for:

• Experience of working within voluntary sector services integrated within NHS Community Mental Health Teams
• Experience of managing people (essential) and teams
• Experience of supporting service users or team/staff who work with people affected by mental health problems or other vulnerability
• Experience of planning/delivering added value initiatives (events, groups, fundraising, volunteers, social work students)
