About the role
Reckitt is on the lookout for a dynamic TA Advisor to join our vibrant team. This individual will be the linchpin for connecting promising talent with life-changing career opportunities. You\’ll be the catalyst for growth and innovation, enabling Reckitt to tap into a diverse range of exceptional individuals ready to drive our business forward. You are responsible for the end-to-end recruitment process of attracting, sourcing, assessing, hiring, and onboarding top diverse talent for Reckitt. You will work closely with hiring managers and multiple stakeholders to understand job requirements, develop sourcing strategies, conduct candidate assessments and drive hiring decisions. Your responsibilities
- Lead job briefing calls to identify and understand the role requirements, the ideal candidate skillsets, competencies, and experience. This call will also cover the setting of clear expectations of the recruitment process and timeframes with a hiring manager.
- Source potential candidates through a multi-channel strategy, utilising LinkedIn Recruiter Projects, Referrals, job boards, advertisements, and professional network development and any other internal platforms.
- Selection and assessment of candidates, through screening calls, assessment and coordinating the in-person interview assessments with hiring managers.
- Deploy a recruitment marketing strategy and initiatives to attract talent in the short and long term, whilst building one\’s own professional LinkedIn network.
- Ownership of the offer management process. You are responsible for devising and extending the offer (salary and full comp package) for internal and external candidates.
- Keep track of your core recruitment KPI\’s; know your numbers and insights to drive hiring decisions through data driven conversations with hiring managers, HR teams and business stakeholders.
- Collaborate with your peers and regional TA teams to share best practices, insights, and solutions.
- Contribute to value adding projects and initiatives that align with the TA and business strategic priorities and objectives, such as diversity and inclusion, candidate experience, recruitment marketing, process optimisation, and operational innovation.

- Proven success in a fast-paced environment, with the ability to hire top talent efficiently and effectively.
- Demonstrable expertise in sourcing and selecting high-caliber talent via a variety of platforms.
- A proven track record in candidate relationship management.
- Skilled in impactful communication across various stakeholder levels.
- Practical experience with recruitment systems and data-driven decision-making.
- Exceptional project management skills, balancing multiple priorities seamlessly.
